Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of products that are completely sealed and intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
